I collect stories of people, places, and plates with an eye toward the beauty in the everyday — and the connections and history that make them meaningful. Fresh, but also familiar. Rich in texture, but also simplicity. More than a menu, this is an ongoing study in how we gather, create, and belong.
The inspiration behind Kelly À La Carte comes from its very premise in food culture. Freedom and flexibility, rather than static or fixed. A celebration of discovery and exploration, serendipitously founded on the Fourth of July, and the pleasure of choosing what nourishes us.
